Our founder, Tom Furman, has been involved in martial arts and conditioning since 1972. With a background in wrestling and a student of the methods of the York Barbell Club, Tom has developed a unique approach to fitness that combines strength training, movement, and physical combat. Over the years, Tom has had the privilege of training with some of the best in the industry, including martial arts legends, exercise physiologists, and special forces operatives.
