Our six-step process ensures a seamless and transformative fitness journey. We guide you through the following steps:
1. Decide to Start: Dedicate the upcoming months to a transformative journey for your mind, body, and performance.
2. Complete the Form: Opt for the approach that suits you best, whether it's online training or in-person sessions.
3. Initial Consultation: Our coach will reach out to you within 24 hours to set up an online consultation via Zoom or Facetime.
4. Personalized Program: Our coach will craft a bespoke fitness and nutrition plan tailored to your body, schedule, and preferences.
5. Fitness App: You will receive a personalized program and nutrition plan, and have access to our fitness app for continuous support and accountability.
Meet Your Coach
Greetings, I'm Rodney Pierre, the proud owner of Go Harder Athletics Training located in beautiful Boca Raton, FL. With a degree in Sports Medicine from Keiser University and a personal trainer certification from N.E.S.T.A., I bring over ten years of dedicated experience in the fitness profession. My focus is on helping the residents of South Florida attain their fitness goals, and I do so by offering personalized training sessions either in the comfort of their homes or in their private gyms.
