Our journey began as a humble dream in a garage, transforming into the largest gym in Central Phoenix. We believe in supporting our members through all aspects of their fitness journey, inside and out of the gym. This level of commitment and pursuit of excellence by our fitness coaches, coupled with a super friendly, social community, has created a special atmosphere that is unique to Sol.

Our Coaches
Our coaches are passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced. They are dedicated to guiding and supporting every individual through their own personal fitness journey. With over 20,000 CrossFit classes taught, our coaches are equipped with the skills and knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals.
Our Facility
We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and sanitization in all areas of our gym. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including Rogue, Concept 2, Pendlay, and Eleiko.
We understand the importance of a comfortable and convenient workout environment. That's why we offer amenities such as a dedicated kids area, on-site showers, towel service, a coffee bar, and fast Wi-Fi.
