Vedelago Petsch Architects, Inc. (VPA) is a full-service architectural design firm located in Henderson, Nevada, U.S.A. Founded in 2003 by Todd Vedelago and Stephen Mark Petsch, the company has a combined work experience of 65 years in the design, management, and execution of various building types and projects. Our depth and diversity in office management and staff ensure the delivery of design expertise in multiple market areas, including Commercial, Health Care, Hospitality, Government, Aviation, Education, Institutional, and Industrial.

We believe the design process is a collaborative effort between the Owner, Designer, and Builder. Each party involved plays an integral role in the development, delivery, and completion of a successful project. Our credentials include Professional licenses to practice architecture, NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) licenses, The American Institute of Architecture (AIA) membership, and LEED accreditation for the delivery of services under the Green Building Council guidelines for sustainable design. We are currently actively licensed in several jurisdictions throughout the U.S.

Services Offered

VPA offers a wide range of services including architecture, interior design, and master planning. Our portfolio includes over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial projects, such as power retail centers, general shopping centers, boutique retail malls, neighborhood retail centers, professional office buildings, mixed-use developments, and parking structures. We have also designed and built various aviation infrastructure, including public airports, commercial air carrier operations, private terminals, and private commercial hangars. In the automotive industry, we have designed over 200,000 s.f. of new sales and service facilities for major manufacturers. Additionally, we have experience in health care, designing projects such as build-to-suite medical office buildings, skilled nursing facilities, cancer treatment centers, medical imaging centers, and surgery rooms within hospitals. Our hospitality projects include restaurants, casino design, pool area design, guest room remodels, and specialty retail.
