The concept for Senti was born from Franco Braccia's dream of celebrating his Italian heritage through a dining experience that transcended just delicious food. Guided by a collection of time-honored recipes from his lifelong friend and Italian Chef, Enrico Scolari, our Executive Chef has masterfully recreated these dishes while adding a touch of modern flair.
