Hi! I'm Christina Nunez, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science: Community Health Education. I understand the struggles of fitness firsthand. As a young adult, I was obese and decided to make a change. I fell in love with exercise and the healthy lifestyle, which led me to become a personal trainer in 2016. After becoming a mother, I went through mental health issues and found myself again, thanks to exercise and therapy. This journey inspired me to create Mamacita Fitness to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
Mamacita Fitness offers a range of services including personal training, the Mamacita Body Collection, and the 28 Day Reset program. Our personal training sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. The Mamacita Body Collection is a new, more targeted program designed to help you achieve your goals in just four weeks. Lastly, the 28 Day Reset is a comprehensive program that includes flexibility training, cardio training, strength training, core training, and balance training, all accessible from the comfort of your own home.
