Our team of certified trainers, led by Maureen Amirault, has over 20 years of experience in designing individual programs tailored to each client's specific needs. From elite athletes to those seeking injury rehab or weight loss, we cater to women of all ages and fitness levels.
Maureen Amirault, our owner and lead trainer, is a nationally certified ACE Personal Trainer with a degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training. She has an extensive background in designing programs for women's health, injury rehab, and weight loss. As a "Trainer's Trainer, " Maureen specializes in correcting even the smallest compensations, ensuring her clients achieve the best results from targeted training. She is also an accomplished "Figure" competitor in the NPC, having never finished below 3rd place in her three years of competition. This experience has given her a thorough understanding of dieting and balance, which she has adapted into a lifetime of healthy nutrition.
Cynthia Carlson, one of our trainers and nutrition coaches, is a Level 2 certified nutrition coach from Precision Nutrition. She is passionate about helping people eat better to feel better. By using her client's goals as a guide, Cynthia assists in creating lifestyle changes, not diets. As a result, her clients see lasting change, even when faced with real-life challenges. Cynthia believes that combining exercise with a solid foundational nutrition plan is the key to achieving and maintaining optimal health and fitness.
