Our Services

At CrossFit Playground, we offer a variety of services designed to cater to different fitness levels and goals. Our services include:

• Drop-In CrossHIIT 45: For those looking for a quick and intense workout, our Drop-In CrossHIIT 45 is the perfect option. This class is designed to provide a high-intensity interval training session that will get your heart rate up and burn those calories.

• Foundations: For beginners, our Foundations program is the perfect way to start a journey to a healthier you. Work with us one on one or in a small group, acclimating to the movements, the equipment, the space, and the workout. We will help you create a plan and build a healthy routine.

• Adult CrossFit: Join us for group class with an experienced coach. Build strength and endurance with training and guidance, learn new skills, improve your health markers, and make a ton of friends.

• CrossFit Kids: We start 'em young at CrossFit Playground! Our CrossFit Kids foundational fitness classes are designed for Fire Breathers (ages 4-6) and Dragons (ages 7-11). These classes happen every Tuesday and Thursday evening.

• CrossFit Teens: Individuals ages 12-17 are welcome to join us at CrossFit Teens class, a fitness regimen modeled from our adult program with an emphasis on safety and efficacy. Teens come for fitness and leave with confidence, discipline, and a sense of community.

• Personal Training: For those who prefer one-on-one training, our personal training sessions are tailored to meet your specific fitness goals and needs.

• Nutrition Coaching: Our nutrition coaching services are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals by providing you with a personalized nutrition plan.

• InBody Composition Scanning: Our InBody Composition Scanning service provides you with detailed information about your body composition, helping you track your progress and make informed decisions about your fitness routine.

CrossFit Playground is located in Colchester, CT in a quiet industrial park easily accessible to Route 2. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and amenities designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for our members. Our facility features changing rooms and showers, making it convenient for you to get ready before or after your workout.
