My journey into the field of mental health began with a strong foundation in philosophy, conflict resolution, and religious studies. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver and a Master's degree in Mediation from the Institute for the Study of Alternative Dispute Resolution. I am certified by the National Association of Social Workers and have extensive experience working with adults and couples.

My counseling philosophy is deeply rooted in humanistic and existential perspectives. I believe that individuals have the capacity to create their own meanings and realities, and it is my role as a therapist to support and guide you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
