She draws from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Psycho-Educational Skills-Based Therapy. With her extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Katy is equipped to address complex trauma and emotional distress. Her holistic approach recognizes the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and psychological well-being and seeks to address the psychological, emotional, and interpersonal aspects of an individual's experience.
