- Programs for Children and Teens: We believe that it's never too early to start teaching kids and teens the importance of health and fitness. That's why we offer programs specifically designed for young children and teens, focusing on improving coordination, self-confidence, and the ability to set and achieve goals.
- Programs for Older Adults: As we age, it's especially important to maintain our physical health and mobility. That's why we offer programs specifically designed for older adults, focusing on improving bone density, circulation, and overall mobility and independence.

We are proud to offer our services at Primetime Martial Arts & Fitness, a top-notch facility located in South San Jose. This indoor facility is equipped with everything you need to get a great workout, including a variety of strength training and cardio equipment.
