Sports Performance Training

About Steve Melero
Our team leader, Steve Melero, is a certified powerlifting coach practitioner and performance enhancement specialist with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. Steve has earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Human Performance from California Lutheran University. He is a certified powerlifting coach through the United States Powerlifting Association and has also received certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Parisi Speed School. Steve has worked with a wide range of clients, from youth athletes to fitness enthusiasts in their 80s, and has helped them achieve their fitness and performance goals.
