Services Offered

Our services include personalized Pilates sessions, strength training, and flexibility exercises. We also offer sessions designed to manage chronic syndromes such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, and back pain, as well as stress and anxiety relief. Our instructors are certified in Pilates, CPR, and AED to ensure a safe and effective workout experience.

Meet Our Instructors

Sandie Hendrix, our owner and instructor, is a PMA Certified Pilates Instructor and Balanced Body MOTR faculty member. She offers personalized training sessions focusing on Pilates and Core training. Katie Johnson, a BFA holder in Dance and NCPT certified instructor, brings her passion for movement and healing through Pilates to our studio.
