About Our Classes

We offer a wide variety of classes, including Floor/Chair, Sexy Stretch, Booty Basics, Flow & Floorwork, Pole Flow, Pole-Fit, Pole Conditioning, 5 levels of Static Pole, and 3 levels of Spin Pole. Each of our classes is designed to target different areas of the body while incorporating exotic dance movements, resulting in a fun, unique, and effective workout. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, ensuring that you are performing the movements correctly and safely.

  • Floor/Chair - This class focuses on floor work and chair movements, using both to sculpt your body and build strength.
  • Sexy Stretch - This class is all about increasing flexibility and range of motion while learning sensual movements.
  • Booty Basics - This class focuses on building a strong, toned booty through targeted exercises and dance movements.
  • Flow & Floorwork - This class combines floor work with flowing movements, resulting in a dance-based workout that targets the entire body.
  • Pole Flow - This class focuses on learning to flow and dance with a pole, resulting in a graceful and sensual workout.
  • Pole-Fit - This class focuses on building strength, endurance, and technique on the pole.
  • Pole Conditioning - This class focuses on building strength and endurance through targeted exercises and conditioning drills on the pole.
  • Static Pole (Levels 1-5) - These classes focus on building strength, technique, and endurance on the static pole. Each level builds upon the skills learned in the previous level.
  • Spin Pole (Levels 1-3) - These classes focus on building strength, technique, and endurance on the spin pole. Each level builds upon the skills learned in the previous level.

Our staff is knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about helping our clients feel confident, strong, and sexy. Each of our instructors brings their unique style and expertise to each class, resulting in a fun and engaging workout experience.

  • Alex - Alex has been a front desk diva for Xpose since April 2019. She started off as a client in 2014 and has been in love with Xpose ever since. She has over 15 years in cheerleading and dance experience. She strives to make the divas that come to Xpose to feel comfortable and have a great time.
  • Alexis - Alexis first stepped foot in Xpose more than 10 years ago. She had no dance experience before Xpose, but after taking her first intro class, she stayed for two more pole classes and a floor/chair class! Alexis immediately fell in love with Xpose and was determined to learn as much as she
