Our Services

Our Guarantee

We stand by our quality service and offer a 90-day doctor's change free of charge should you have any trouble with your new glasses and a 30-day doctor's change for contact lenses.

We are excited to open up our office to care for your visual needs. To provide a safe environment for our patients and staff, we are adhering to strict CDC cleaning protocols and following all recommended guidelines from our local officials.

Reception and Waiting Time

Some reviewers had issues with the receptionist being rude or unhelpful. Kim S. had a poor experience with the receptionist, who didn't inform her that her insurance wasn't accepted before she wasted her time and gas. Kristi Dennis also had a bad experience, as the clinic had stopped taking walk-ins due to overcrowding, and the receptionist refused to provide a recommendation for an alternative location.

Quality of Service and Doctor-Patient Relationship

On the other hand, most reviewers were highly satisfied with the service and care they received from Dr. Li and her team. Claretny Calzada praised Dr. Li's professionalism, kindness, and willingness to answer questions. Jay B. appreciated Dr. Li's bedside manner, which put him at ease during his first glasses-fitting experience. Claretny J. Barnes and Benjamin Kavanagh also commended Dr. Li for her excellent patient care. Stormy Acuna appreciated Dr. Li's exceptional work, but had trouble reaching the clinic by phone.

Logistical Issues
