Initial Assessment

We begin with a 45-minute initial assessment to discuss your goals, any concerns you may have, and examine your current movement patterns. This comprehensive evaluation is the foundation of our personalized training programs, ensuring that every athlete has a clear path forward towards achieving their goals.

Online Coaching

For those who cannot train in person, we also offer online coaching. This service includes personalized training programs, video analysis, and regular check-ins to ensure that you're on track with your goals.
