Our Team

Meet our trainers, each with their unique background and expertise. Sally Studer, an owner and Certified Fitness Trainer, brings years of experience in the fitness industry, including teaching military personnel and private classes. Rebekah Aulet, another certified trainer, specializes in Insanity workouts and offers monthly fit groups on Facebook.
