Meet Cindy Kneiser, Owner and Lead Instructor
Cindy Kneiser, the owner and lead instructor at The Pilates Studio, has a deep passion for Pilates. As an avid cyclist, she originally took up Pilates as a way to improve her athletic performance. Over the years, she fell in love with Pilates and recognized the significant holistic impacts it had on her life. She decided to dedicate her career to helping others achieve the benefits that Pilates had given her.
After ten years of practicing Pilates, Cindy completed the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training program. She then taught in other Bucks County studios before opening The Pilates Studio at Washington Crossing. Her goal is to show the true benefits that Pilates can bring to the health and fitness of the community and to help make people's lives better.

Our virtual class schedule includes live classes five days a week, with access to our video library of classes. Each class is followed by a community check-in where you can ask questions or make comments.
