Facilities and Amenities
The gym has been praised for its spacious, comfortable, and clean facilities, with a lovely pool, natural light, and a cafe. The locker rooms are also nicely renovated. Some members appreciate the variety of equipment, multiple rooms for fitness classes, indoor and outdoor pools, a track, basketball courts, martial arts, gymnastics center, child care, and a bistro.
Staff and Customer Service
Some members have reported friendly staff, while others have experienced unfriendly or snooty staff. There have been issues with communication, such as a maintenance worker entering the women's locker room without warning. Additionally, some members have had difficulties getting refunds or resolving issues with their memberships.
Basketball Courts and Scheduling
A major issue for some members is the limited access to the basketball courts due to children's activities and camps. The courts are often blocked off for most of the day, despite not being fully utilized. This has led to frustration among members who pay for access to these facilities.
