At Benicia Fitness, we are dedicated to helping our members achieve a healthy lifestyle. Our members range from high school seniors to senior citizens, and everyone in between. We believe in overall health and fitness, and our goal is to help our members reach their health and fitness objectives, whether they are seasoned gym-goers or new to the gym.

Classes

Our sunny studio or sizzling spin room offers a variety of classes for everyone. Our classes include:

  • Cardio Strength: A full-body workout that combines strength training and cardio moves.
  • Circuits: A mix of strength and cardio stations to work on every aspect of fitness.
  • Kick N' Sculpt: A 45-minute energetic and exhausting mix of kickboxing and strength training.
  • Kickboxing: A high-intensity workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance, and coordination.
  • Pilates / Barre: A low-impact way to stretch and strengthen your body, especially your core, to improve posture, balance, and flexibility.
  • Restorative Yoga: A type of class that involves relaxing poses supported by props, suitable for any level of fitness, and a great stress reliever.
  • Spin: A great way to include cardio without the jarring effects of running, spin allows for people with knee or hip pain to improve their cardiovascular fitness.
  • Step: An energetic group workout using a raised platform for rhythmic aerobic exercises.
  • Strength: A 45-minute full-body workout using bodyweight, balls, bands, and free weights.
  • Stretch: A 30-minute class to relax and stretch out your muscles.

Gym

We offer a variety of cardio machines for our members looking to improve their cardiovascular fitness and tone their muscles. Our lower body machines include treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and a variety of bikes, including recumbent, upright, and spin bikes. We also have rowing machines and a rope pull machine for those looking for a total-body cardio workout.

Our free-weights section offers weights ranging from 2 pounds to over 100. If dumbbells aren't exactly what you want, we also have bars, balls, TRX, bands, and bosus. Our machines section provides a more precise, structured workout, and each machine works a specific muscle or muscle group, perfect for people recovering from injury. Many of the machine exercises are completed while seated, making them a great way for people with chronic pain to workout without discomfort.

Our outdoor area is perfect for people looking to workout but who don't want to be stuck inside. It has dumbbells, benches, a rowing machine, tires, ropes, a peg board, and a variety of boxing bags, including a speed ball, a hanging bag, and a freestanding bag.

Our bright studio is open for anyone to use outside of class time. It has hand-weights, bars, balls, steps, and mats for people to use as well as a barre and TRX.

Personal Training

If you need help getting started, we have trained professionals to guide you. We offer personal training to help our members achieve their fitness goals.

Membership

We offer a variety of membership options, from a day to a year. Our membership includes access to all our classes and gym facilities.

Studio Rental

If you need a space to teach small classes, try our studio. We offer studio rental for small classes.
