At Anna Gray Pilates, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and vitality through movement. With over 15 years of dedicated Pilates practice and extensive training in various Pilates methodologies, I, Anna Gray, have cultivated a deep understanding of the human body and its needs. My passion is guiding clients to move with ease, utilizing breath and mindful practices to build strong, flexible bodies and live life to the fullest.

Our studio is fully equipped with classical Balance Body and Peak equipment, allowing us to offer a wide range of exercises and modalities. Expertise

With a deep understanding of various Pilates methodologies, I have sought out specialized training in areas such as injury rehab, pre- and post-pregnancy care, and sports-specific training. My certifications include Contemporary Pilates Teacher Certification, Classical Pilates Certification, Eve Gentry Lineage Training, and Certified Body Work & Stretch Therapist.
