Our Story
Our story began over 50 years ago, when Steaven Jones Development Company, Inc. was founded in June 1965 by Steaven K. Jones. Since then, the Company has developed over 100 commercial projects, including fast food restaurants, office buildings, shopping centers, and automotive care centers, primarily in Southern California. Today, we continue to manage sixteen projects, which on average are over 95% leased, maintaining excellent tenant relations and close attention to cost control.
