Disappointing Experience
The reviewer, Pamela Bishop, had a 2-star rating for their experience with the therapist. After reading the therapist's literature while waiting, Bishop found it interesting and good. However, during their appointment, Bishop felt that the therapist was too quick to assume and make conclusions about their situation without fully listening to them. Bishop felt that it was crucial for a therapist to listen attentively to the patient before making assumptions.
Critical Feedback
Bishop stated that they did not find the therapist helpful or someone they could work with. They required a therapist who was a good listener and did not make assumptions until they had a better understanding of the patient's story. Bishop would not recommend the therapist and felt that they had wasted their money.
Practical Issues
The reviewer was also unhappy about the price she was charged. Initially, the therapist had quoted a lower price over the phone, but when Bishop arrived, she was asked to pay an additional $60. Bishop was extremely dissatisfied with the therapist and would not recommend them.
