The leasing office employees are unhelpful, and maintenance requests are often ignored or take a long time to be addressed. The pool is frequently closed during the summer, and the foundation and roads within the apartment complex are in disrepair.
Infestations and Pest Issues
Residents have reported issues with rats, roaches, and yellow jackets in their apartments, and the pest control team takes a long time to respond. The apartments are not properly cleaned before move-in, and the grounds are not well-maintained.
Noise and Disturbances
Noise levels within the apartments are extremely loud due to poor sound insulation, and neighbors can be noisy. The community is also plagued by excessive noise from people fixing up their trucks and blasting music nearby.
Amenities and Appliances
