Overall Experience
The preschool has had a mixed bag of reviews from parents who have sent their children there. On the positive side, one reviewer, Patti Zabell, had a very positive experience with the preschool. She praised the teachers and director for being supportive and responsive to her grandson's needs. The preschool's consistency and responsible handling of the COVID-19 pandemic also received praise.
However, another reviewer, J. U., had a very different experience. They expressed disappointment with the preschool's care of children, citing that children are often left outside in any type of weather with little supervision or interaction from caregivers. They felt that the preschool was more focused on catering to an influx of new customers during the pandemic rather than providing a high-quality educational experience for children.
Another reviewer, Eric Gavidia, had a particularly disturbing experience. He explained that he had to fight for two years in court to access his children's records and meet with them, but the director of the preschool refused to comply with court orders, even after being shown evidence of the legal requirements. He strongly warned others not to waste their time with the preschool.
