Negative: Patients expressed frustration with the facility's lack of customer service, poor handling of billing, and lack of transparency.

The reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with both patients expressing extreme dissatisfaction with their experiences at this healthcare facility. The common issues are billing errors, poor communication, and a lack of care and respect for patients.

Lack of Customer Service

Patients have reported difficulties in getting their concerns addressed, with staff being unhelpful, rude, and unresponsive. One patient mentioned being transferred multiple times before being able to speak to someone who could assist with their billing issue.

Billing Errors

The root cause of many of the problems is the facility's poor handling of billing. Patients have reported incorrect charges, missed appointments, and confusing billing statements. In one instance, a patient was charged $380 for 5-10 minute phone appointments when they had insurance.

Lack of Transparency

Patients have expressed frustration with the facility's lack of transparency and follow-through. They have been promised resolutions to their issues, only to be left waiting for extended periods without any progress.
