Service & Builder's Warranty
At PRDC Properties, we take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We construct our homes with the highest level of craftsmanship and inspect them rigorously during construction. Before settlement, we will meet with you to introduce you to the important working elements of your home, including appliances, plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling systems, and interior and exterior features. Additionally, we offer a Builder's Warranty for up to two years for major structural defects. In the unlikely event of an emergency, our 24-hour call center is here to help.
