Negative Experiences
Many residents have had unpleasant interactions with the leasing office, particularly with De----, who is described as rude and hostile. The washing machine in the property is poor and has broken down multiple times, causing frustration and inconvenience. Maintenance requests are often ignored or dismissed, leading to a lack of trust in the management. Additionally, some residents have experienced issues with parking, including birds dropping waste and a lack of availability.
