Our primary care services provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our patients. Our providers take the time to listen to our patients, understand their unique needs, and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific health concerns.
Gender-Affirming Care
We believe that gender-affirming care should be comprehensive and integrated into the primary care experience, rather than through a piecemeal approach. All of our providers are trained to provide gender-affirming care, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Our behavioral health providers offer culturally-affirming therapy designed to bring meaningful and lasting improvement to the lives of all people in our community. Problems with Patient Care
The reviews highlight several issues with patient care at Prism Health. Despite being a well-regarded clinic, some patients have had poor experiences. Arnold Allen's review is a prime example of this. He felt that his concerns were not listened to by his primary care physician (PCP), and appointments were rushed. He also experienced delayed care due to issues with obtaining a letter of support for surgery. Kenneth Rose's review is another example of poor care, as his doctor did not listen to his concerns and failed to provide adequate pain management. Hsheh Timo, Honey Cherish, and Birdie Ro's reviews all highlight the frustration and disappointment caused by the clinic's inability to accommodate new patients.
Mixed Experiences
On the other hand, some patients have had positive experiences with Prism Health. Forest Alexander's review highlights the clinic's commitment to serving the LGBTQ+ community, and praises the care he received during his transition. Peter Tiso and Jeremy Cohen's reviews also praise the clinic's communication, compassion, and commitment to client-centered care. Jeremys review highlights the kindness and affirming care he received, including the clinic's willingness to waive an overdue fee due to financial difficulties.
