We have two convenient locations in Mobile and Daphne, Alabama, with office hours Monday through Thursday from 7:15 am to 4:00 pm and Friday from 7:15 am to 3:00 pm.

Patient Experience
The patient experience at Dr. Ramagosa's office is a mixed bag. Some patients have reported excellent care and professionalism from Dr. Ramagosa and his staff. For example, Author Thierry Roussel gave 5 stars and praised the doctor and staff as "amazing, " "professional, " and "courteous." Author Martin Coffman also gave 5 stars and described Dr. Ramagosa as "knowledgeable, " "professional, " and his staff as "informative, " "cordial, " and "well-trained."
However, other patients have had poor experiences. Author JaVonda Oliver gave 1 star and complained about long wait times and rude staff. Author Conor Pendergrass gave 1 star and reported difficulty getting an appointment as a new patient, citing poor customer service. Author Olivia Crawford gave 1 star and described the office as having a "total lack of empathy" and "only caring about themselves." Author Brittany Bookout gave 1 star and reported rude and unprofessional front desk staff.
Office Staff
The office staff has received mixed reviews. Author JaVonda Oliver reported being treated rudely by a front desk staff member, while Author Brittany Bookout reported similar treatment from a staff member named Susan. On the other hand, Author Darlene Lain praised the entire staff, including the front desk, as "exceptionally nice" and "helpful."
Prescription Refills
One patient reported difficulty getting prescription refills, Author Jdr Lawoffices gave 1 star and stated that they had left 3 voicemails seeking a refill and had received no contact from the office.
Communication
Some patients have reported difficulty getting appointments or getting their questions answered. Author Conor Pendergrass reported having to call back multiple times to schedule an appointment and was told to wait over a month. Author Olivia Crawford reported poor communication and lack of interest in their concerns.
Follow-up Care
Author Martin Coffman reported that the office has a patient portal and that follow-up care is prompt.
