Dr. Matthew Scroggs is the proud owner of Capital Veterinary Clinic. He began working at the clinic as a technician for Dr. Sanders and returned as a veterinarian after graduating from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. Dr. Elaine Kimbrough joined Capital Veterinary Clinic in 1998, bringing years of experience with her. Dr. Curtis Sanders, the founder of Capital Veterinary Clinic, graduated from Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine in 1977 and founded the clinic in 1978.
