Staff and Care Concerns
The reviews express concerns about the quality of care and staff at the veterinary clinic. Several reviewers have experienced a decline in the level of care over the years, with some citing a "revolving door" of doctors and technicians with varying skills and training. Bedside manner with pets has been a particular issue, with some reviewers feeling that their pets have been mistreated.
Billing and Fee Disputes
Some reviewers have reported being charged excessive fees for treatments that did not occur or were unnecessary. One reviewer was charged $250 for a "medical exam" that did not happen, while another was told they needed to pay an office fee for an allergy shot that had been administered previously without issue.
Traumatic Experiences
One reviewer reported that their 12-year-old dog was left traumatized after a blood draw procedure went wrong, resulting in the dog being muzzled and the owner being asked to leave the room during the exam. Another reviewer expressed concerns about the handling of their pet during a routine exam, feeling that the vet was not thorough and was dismissive of their concerns.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive experiences at the clinic, citing friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide great care to their pets. One reviewer was particularly impressed with the care their 12-year-old cat received during dental surgery, and would recommend the vets to others.
