As a fitness enthusiast and two-time Olympian, I, Karyn Palgut, have dedicated my life to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. KO8 Training: KO8 suspension and resistance training is the evolution of movement, offering suspension training with interchangeable resistance bands from 12-72kg. Whether you're training for weight loss, strength, or just to become more mobile, the KO8 can be adapted to suit all modes of training.

TRX Training: TRX training is a suspension training method that uses your body weight as resistance to improve strength, flexibility, and overall physical fitness.

POUND Training: POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and Pilates with the added fun of drumming on the POUND Fitness Leki Bar.

KO8 Conditioning: KO8 Conditioning is a high-intensity interval training program that combines strength training with cardio exercises to improve endurance and overall physical fitness.

TRX Yoga: TRX Yoga is a vinyasa flow yoga class that incorporates suspension training to improve flexibility, balance, and overall physical fitness.

Pound Rockout Workout: Pound Rockout Workout is a high-energy workout that combines strength training with cardio exercises and drumming on the POUND Fitness Leki Bar.

Weight Loss Nutrition: Our weight loss nutrition program is designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals by providing you with a personalized meal plan and nutrition coaching.
