Established in 1971, Pasqualino's Italian Restaurant has been a staple in the community for over 52 years. Our story began when the Pasqualino family opened Pizza Palace, a small storefront around the corner from our current location. Over the years, we've evolved to become a beloved institution, known for our traditional Southern Italian family dishes perfected in our family kitchen over many decades and generations.

At Pasqualino's, we're passionate about serving "clean" food, sourced from local farmers, family-owned businesses, and small, independent farms. Our commitment to healthy, ingredient sourcing is rooted in our family's farming heritage in Southern Italy, where growing and cooking clean, simple foods was a way of life. We begin our day before dawn, seven days a week, to hand-make almost everything on our menu. Whatever we don't make ourselves is made for us using our recipes, or is chosen with the same attention to detail we have proudly used for over 50 years.

Our menu features a variety of options to suit every taste and dietary requirement. From our signature item, Stuffed Shells, made with a blend of perfectly blended cheeses and lovingly hand-stuffed, to our Pasta Sauce, made fresh in our own kitchen using a recipe created by my mother, Maria Pasqualino, shortly after immigrating to Pittsburgh in 1951. We use USDA-inspected, locally-roasted, fair trade organic coffee and Humane Certified, all-natural, antibiotic-free, steroid-free, cage-free chicken, all of which is locally sourced from small, family farms.

At Pasqualino's, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail in cleanliness and food safety. We maintain a mutually respectful working relationship with the Allegheny County Health Department to operate one of the cleanest restaurants in Pennsylvania.

Whether you're looking to dine with us or take advantage of our catering and party trays, we invite your family to join ours and experience the simple pleasures of our traditional family recipes. Our restaurant is designed to evoke the warmth and hospitality of an Italian home kitchen, where meals are not only prepared but also served. Join us for a truly unforgettable dining experience.
