Our Story
Our founder and owner, Jonathan Cruz, has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, teaching a wide range of fitness classes throughout many prestigious gyms in Boston and New England. His personal fitness philosophy is that cross-training is key to keeping your muscles guessing and should be incorporated into any fitness regimen as a long-term strategy to maintain a healthy mind and body.
