Founded in 1977 by Aaron York Sr., our company was built on a philosophy of providing outstanding professional service with high integrity, ethics, and honesty. Aaron York Sr. was a pioneer in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry in Indianapolis, and his legacy lives on through our company's mission to make a difference in the lives of our customers, our community, our vendors, and our employees and their families.

Our Team

Our team is led by Karen York Conover, CEO, and Kris Conover, President. Karen, Aaron York Sr.'s daughter, worked with her father for over 20 years before purchasing the company in 2009. Kris, Karen's husband, brings a wealth of experience in servant leadership and engineering. Together, they strive to carry on the legacy established by Aaron York Sr. and continue to provide exceptional service to our customers.
