Our strength training equipment includes Keiser compressed-air strength training, which accommodates novices and professional athletes. Our cardiovascular equipment includes SciFit cardio machines, which are unintimidating and easy to use.

When necessary, our physical therapists will work hand-in-hand with your healthcare provider if you have a health issue. Our owners, Jim, Beth, Karen, and Pat Agostino, are all licensed physical therapists with 20-25 years of experience developing individualized exercise programs.
