At P2O Hot Pilates & Fitness, we take pride in being Sacramento's first and only dedicated Hot Pilates Studio. Founded by longtime friends Lindy Hobbs and Danny Castillo in May 2013, our studio was built on the principles of Community, Strength in Diversity, Balance, Overall Wellness, Authenticity, Spirituality, and Awareness. Our unique and challenging workouts are designed to celebrate the strength of our community, and we're thrilled to have been voted Sacramento's Best Pilates Studio for six years in a row.

Our Story
Celebrating our 11-year anniversary in May 2024, we're amazed at the community that has formed at P2O. From granting 7 wishes with Make-A-Wish Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada, to donating thousands of dollars in toys and household goods each holiday season to Sacramento Child Protective Services, running numerous Half & Full Marathons, and surviving a pandemic, we're grateful for the strength of our community. We love our P2O Family and appreciate all of our clients and staff, every day, for supporting this small business.
Etiquette & Basic FAQ
We have a few guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for class, and be mindful of our late cancel and no-show policies. We recommend using the MindBody app to book classes, and we require a complete Client Profile, including a photo, for liability purposes. Please keep your belongings in the cubbies, remove your shoes prior to entering the Hot Room, and avoid heavy perfumes and meals before class. Most importantly, be respectful of your fellow students and our instructors, and always follow the direction of the instructor.
