At Studio 3 FIVE 8, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their optimum health and fitness goals through Pilates and other mind-body movement methods. We strive to provide a supportive and non-intimidating environment where clients feel comfortable and motivated to reach their full potential. Our experienced and trained instructors are dedicated to helping each client reach their individual goals, whether that's improving sports performance, recovering from an injury, or simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Our Services
Our services are designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. We offer Pilates equipment sessions and semi-private mat classes, as well as private and duet sessions by appointment. Our equipment workouts utilize the STOTT PILATES method of exercises and are tailored to each client's specific needs, with an emphasis on core strengthening and lumbar-pelvic and scapular stabilization.
Pilates Equipment Sessions
Our Pilates equipment sessions are tailored to each client's specific needs and are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. These sessions are appropriate for all fitness levels and are an excellent complement to any and all sports. Private and duet sessions are available by appointment.
Semi-Private Mat Classes
Our semi-private mat classes focus on proper alignment, breathing, and core activation to enhance the key components of fitness - balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility. These classes are designed to help improve functional mobility for day-to-day living and encourage students to enjoy more fluidity of movement, balance myofascial planes, and create positive tensions for effective movement.
