Kelly Arthur, the founder of Kelly Arthur Services, is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC I), and an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. With a Master's degree in Counseling from Portland State University and extensive experience in counseling individuals and couples, Kelly is dedicated to providing a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and relationships.
