As the owner of The Studio, I, M, am a classically trained Pilates instructor, Pranassage practitioner, queer person, amateur kayaker, Prenatal yoga instructor, Barre instructor, Cycle instructor, and movement enthusiast. I believe in the transformative power of movement and strive to create a community that supports and encourages individuals to grow, nurture, and celebrate their unique beauty. My passion is to cultivate a space where everyone feels welcome, empowered, and inspired to become their best selves.
