How Staylight Works
Staylight has a focus on functional movements from head to toe, setting you up for the best chance of success in an ever-changing yet cloudy fitness environment. We provide you a program with instruction, that shows you true results on a regular basis, such as the time it takes to complete a specific workout, the number of reps completed in a certain period, the amount of weight you lift, or even just your ability to complete a specific movement! 1. Instruction: More instruction and credibility than you're used to. CrossFit gyms lead on average 25 classes per week, and receive standardized certifications to keep you safe.
2. Community: Community and atmosphere you haven't experienced maybe ever if you haven't participated in organized sports. Stop saying "I'll start tomorrow", or "not today", and start saying, "I couldn't miss it!"
3. Motivation: Someone 10 years older that is faster, stronger, more motivated, but will make sure you never miss a workout! And yes, even if you are 65, this still applies to you! This is not to discourage, but to tell you that "YES", you can do this!
