At Pilates Bodies, we are a fully equipped, client-centered Pilates studio founded on Classic Pilates instruction. We incorporate modern Pilates exercises and philosophy to create versatile, individualized fitness programs. Our trained Pilates professionals will help you to mentally and physically re-center your body.
Our Philosophy
Our focus is on enhancing the quality of life for every client through the proven physical and mental conditioning techniques developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 1900s. We believe that Pilates is an alternative method of personal strength training and conditioning that incorporates the whole body, rather than isolated muscles. By exercising muscle groups rather than individual muscles, the Pilates method enables you to tone and tighten, build strength and flexibility - without adding bulk.
Our Team
Meet our dedicated team of Pilates instructors, each with their unique experience and qualifications. Leah Kogen Busam, our owner and head instructor, has extensive training in Classical Pilates and is certified in PRP and CoreAlign. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pomona College in Southern California, majoring in Fine Arts and minoring in Economics. Our other instructors include Jen Lord, Jen Ross, and Vered Harary Koslow, each with their own special talents and expertise.
