As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Trainer, Precision Nutrition coach, and mountain athlete, I, Katie Prendergast, have helped numerous clients achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals. - Strength Training: We'll simplify the weight room for you, so you don't waste your valuable time wondering which exercises to do. Your plan will follow the principles of "progressive overload, " pushing you to try a little harder in each workout so you adapt and become stronger.
- Conditioning: Forget marathon treadmill sessions. You'll do the right kind of cardio for your goals and get results faster. That may be walking, hiking, or interval training - it all depends on you and your goals.
- Nutrition: This is not a diet or meal plan. You'll learn to eat in a way that supports your goals without feeling deprived or giving up the foods you love.
- Accountability: We'll stand by you every step of the way to motivate you and to help you adapt your plan to the challenges life throws your way. We'll keep you accountable so that you finally achieve the level of fitness you deserve!
