Our Services
At Big Oak Child Care, we offer a range of programs designed to meet the unique needs of children aged 1-5 years old. Our programs include:
- Younger Toddler Program: For children aged 1-2 years old, we help our YTs explore materials, activities, and physical spaces through creative play.
- Older Toddler Program: For children aged 2-3 years old, we continue to discover materials, activities, and physical spaces through creative play, expanding upon and developing language skills and problem-solving skills.
- Preschool Program: For children aged 3-4 years old, we nurture and support our preschoolers to develop a love of learning and strengthen their self-confidence.
- 4K Program: For children aged 4 years old or older by September 1 of the school year, we offer a 4K program in partnership with the Madison Metro School District (MMSD).
- Orton Park Summer Camp: For children aged kindergarten to 5th grade, we offer a summer day camp sponsored by Big Oak Child Care. The camp runs from June to August and is held at Orton Park.
Enrichment Activities

- Field trips to local parks, museums, firehouses, and other adventures that Madison offers.
