About Ildiko

Ildiko Varhelyi, founder of NeuroCentric Health and Fitness, is a renowned fitness expert with over two decades of experience. Born and raised in Hungary, Ildiko moved to the United States twenty years ago and started working as a personal trainer. Her passion for fitness and health led her to pursue advanced studies in physical therapy, massage therapy, neurology, movement therapy, and kinesiology.
