  • Sports Massage: James Power, with 25+ years of experience in bodywork, offers various modalities, including ART (Active Release Technique), N.K.T (NeuroKinetic Therapy), and Muscle Testing, to help release tension and address the root cause of pain and discomfort.
  • Nutrition + Lifestyle Coaching: Ronan Lennon works with clients to develop highly customized nutrition programs, meal plans, and wellness coaching to promote weight loss, increased energy, improved sleep, and overall vitality.
  • Functional Medicine: Rick Buchikos, a functional medicine practitioner and nutritionist, helps clients identify and address underlying imbalances contributing to symptoms or disease and designs customized dietary, lifestyle, and supplement protocols to bring the body back into balance.
