It is now a personal experience using home equipment ranging from a mat with small props to studio equipment such as a reformer or GYROTONIC TOWER. If you don't own equipment and are feeling the need to move on the equipment, in person sessions can be accommodated in a fully equipped studio in Oakland near Emeryville. The studio offers Pilates and GYROTONIC classes, as well as personal training sessions. With a focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance.
