Raise the Bar Fitness is a private personal training studio located in the heart of San Francisco's Sunset District. Our team of versatile trainers has a vast range of expertise, from strength and conditioning to martial arts and aerobics. Whether you're looking to build strength and mass, shed stubborn fat, train for a specific sport, or simply get in better shape, we have the perfect trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Our Services

At Raise the Bar Fitness, we believe in being transparent about our pricing and services. We offer a range of programs to suit various needs and goals. Our rates include:

  • First Session + Consultation: $200 (required for first-time customers)
  • 1 Session: $150
  • 8 Sessions: $1,200
  • 8 Partner Sessions: $1,400

In addition to our personal training services, we also offer a range of additional services to complement your fitness journey.

Additional Services

  • Chiropractic Care: Dr. Kristie Fong, a holistic chiropractor, offers adjustments to the spine and extremities. Her gentle approach and focus on open communication ensure effective treatment and comfort for each patient.
  • Physical Therapy: George Haras, a licensed physical therapist, uses a variety of techniques to achieve optimal results for his patients. His areas of expertise include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
  • Massage Therapy: Wanda Pierce, a certified massage therapist, offers Swedish/Esalen, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Zen Shiatsu, and pre-natal massage. Her heart-centered approach to bodywork focuses on promoting relaxation and overall well-being.
  • Nutrition Counseling: Irene Gardner, a registered dietitian and certified specialist in sports dietetics, provides personalized nutrition counseling and education for individuals and groups of all ages.

Gym Membership

We currently offer a limited number of gym memberships for those who want to use the gym but not participate in personal training. The cost of a gym membership is $150 per month. Please contact us for more information.
