Cristian Luecke Fitness is a premier fitness studio dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Our founder, Cristian Luecke, has over five years of professional personal training experience and is committed to providing comprehensive and individualized workout plans to each of our clients.
At Cristian Luecke Fitness, we understand that every individual has unique fitness needs and goals. That's why we use a four-part in-depth assessment to understand how your body moves and what workouts can be safely performed. This assessment includes a movement screen, a flexibility screen, a hands-on muscle isolation screen, and a fat percentage test (which can be opted out of if it makes you uncomfortable).
After completing the assessment, Cristian will create a personalized workout plan that includes homework days and rest days. This plan is designed to help you reach your fitness goals and maintain them over time. Our approach focuses on strength and physique enhancement, and we use a variety of techniques including muscle mass gain, fat slashing, strength and conditioning, physique enhancement, core training, body building, corrective exercises, lifestyle and nutrition planning, and movement pattern and postural correction.
